Scott came out on a Bank holiday Sunday to attempt to fix our very broken boiler. He offered us 3 quotes to repair it or replace as he was unable to get it going on the visit but offers to do it the next day and bank holiday Monday. He refused to take payment for his call out. We then found out we could get a repair via the manufacturer so decided to use them and he still declined to take payment for the call out. Really lovely guy and incredibly kind. We will be using him again and would definitely recommend 100%.

Our boiler was 12 years old so needed replacing. We called Scott and he not only recommended what type of boiler we should have fitted (it came with a 10 year warranty) but he fitted this within two days to a high standard. Our house feels much warmer now, thanks again.

I needed my new gas fire fitting but was unaware that the pipe work needed to be reworked due to it being capped off by previous owners. The work was done well and I was informed regularly about what was happening. Scott also provided a rough quote upfront so I wasnt left with an unsurprising bill at the end of it. Thanks again.

Scott gutted and fitted our new bathroom suite, he gave us some sound advice about what tiles and fittings to use to use which really helped to maximise the space and to finish off the look of the bathroom. It looks amazing and Scotts attention to detail is why. Would definitely recommend his skills.

I called Scott about our newly fitted bathroom completed by another plumber as we had experienced issues with the shower not working and was also unhappy with the quality of the work.
